2012 Tournament Results:

From The President:

Tournament One that took place on March 28th at Lake of the Ozarks is now in the books. The day started off warm and got hotter as the day progressed. The skies were high and blue with very little cloud cover and little wind. The water temps ranged from 58-64 degrees depending on the area. The water clarity also ranged from muddy to stained to slightly clear as you went down river. Moss was a problem for most as it covered your bait on every cast.  (3/28/2012)

Tournament Two that took place April 11th at LOZ is now in the books. For the most part, it was a good bite for each angler as a lot of fish were weighed. The green moss had disappeared making it a bit easier to fish. The water clarity was stained with temps in the low 60's, however the lake water level is still very low. The entire day was beautiful having the whole lake to ourselves. A new record for the club was added to the site. Chigger thought for sure he had a huge bass on his line. Net man was ready, only to scoop up a 10 lb channel cat. Chigger reported using a piece of chicken neck for bait. (4/11/2012)

Tournament Three that took place April 25th at Lake of the Ozarks is now in the books. The day started off with cloud cover then turned to sunny blue skies. The water clarity still remained dingy to clear depending on your area with temps in the low 60's. The bite was still good for most anglers weighed fish. Congrats to members Shelvy and Hoots who both cashed in checks at the spring big bass bash that took place April 21-22 at Lake of the Ozarks. Bob caught a 4.97 bass that earned him $375. Jeff caught a 5.28 bass earning him $800, and 4.55 earning him another $200. Great job guys. (4/25/2012)

Tournament 4 that took place May 9th at Lake of the Ozarks is now in the record books. The water is clearing and almost back to full pool. The bite was great all day for most as nice heavy bags were brought to the scales. Fish were caught shallow and deep and some still had bloody tails. At the end of the day, 41 fish were brought to the scales. (5/9/2012)
